Key responsibilities:

Comprehensive Project Management in the Power Engineering and Industrial Automation field:

  • Operational planning, budgeting, POC (Percentage of Completion) reporting and contract closure
  • Ensuring projects are completed in a timely, efficient and competent manner
  • Company representation in contacts with Clients and third parties
  • Coordinating and Supervising Project Staff and Subcontractors
  • Human Resource Management (recruitment, development, appraisals and retention)
  • Preparing and evaluating tender documentation
  • Compliance with Health and Safety regulations
  • Project risk management, forecasting, variance analysis
  • Contract and Claim Management

In order to succeed you must:

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience of managing E&I projects
  • Have experience in managing and supervising people in the project environment
  • Speak fluent English – (fluency in Polish will be an additional advantage)
  • Have high level of computer proficiency including: MS Office and MS Project
  • Have organisational and teamwork skills
  • Possess excellent time management skills
  • Be able to thrive in a high stress and fast-paced environment
  • Have good knowledge of suppliers and subcontractors in the UK and other European countries
  • Be in a position to confirm your professional experience and provide references
  • Hold a valid current driving license (Category B)
