Key responsibilities:
Comprehensive Project Management in the Power Engineering and Industrial Automation field:
- Operational planning, budgeting, POC (Percentage of Completion) reporting and contract closure
- Ensuring projects are completed in a timely, efficient and competent manner
- Company representation in contacts with Clients and third parties
- Coordinating and Supervising Project Staff and Subcontractors
- Human Resource Management (recruitment, development, appraisals and retention)
- Preparing and evaluating tender documentation
- Compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Project risk management, forecasting, variance analysis
- Contract and Claim Management
In order to succeed you must:
- Have at least 3 years’ experience of managing E&I projects
- Have experience in managing and supervising people in the project environment
- Speak fluent English – (fluency in Polish will be an additional advantage)
- Have high level of computer proficiency including: MS Office and MS Project
- Have organisational and teamwork skills
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Be able to thrive in a high stress and fast-paced environment
- Have good knowledge of suppliers and subcontractors in the UK and other European countries
- Be in a position to confirm your professional experience and provide references
- Hold a valid current driving license (Category B)
